COLLECTION NOTICE

Where you have requested a quotation for supply and installation of a Geostone® product, Holcim will disclose the personal information provided in this request form to a selection of Approved Installers to enable those Approved Installers to provide you with a direct quotation. Where you have requested a quotation for supply only, Holcim will use the personal information you have provided for the purpose of providing that quotation.

Holcim complies with the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) in relation to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information about individuals. 

Holcim’s Privacy Policy contains further information about Holcim’s information handling practices including: the countries to which personal information may be disclosed; any other purposes for which Holcim collects personal information; other entities to whom personal information may be disclosed by Holcim; and how individuals can seek access and correction of personal information that Holcim holds about them. If an individual believes Holcim has breached the Australian Privacy Principles, our Privacy Policy also contains information about how they may complain and how Holcim will respond to that complaint.
